The Council was set up in 2006 prior to the transfer of HQ & administration of the clans in Northern Ireland

Greeting from the members of the Council of Management.

We are here to serve all the members of Campaigners in any way we can. Our function is really two fold:

  1. We are the governing body of Campaigners Youth and Children’s Ministry in Northern Ireland. It falls upon us to take decisions about the direction of the Movement. Anything which could be termed a policy decision comes under our remit.
  2. We have a legal function as the Directors of the registered charity which is CYCM (NI) As such we have a responsibility to ensure that our funds are properly managed and that the rules of the Movement are adhered to.

At all times we seek to fulfil those functions by staying firmly focused upon the Lord Jesus Christ. It is our desire that the Lord will be glorified through all that is done in Campaigners. In particular we believe that He is glorified when young people come to know Him as Saviour and serve Him as Lord. Thus we are passionate in our commitment to making Campaigners an even more effective tool through which local churches can spread the gospel to children and young people.

We come from a variety of backgrounds and denominations but all of us love the Lord and long to see others come to love Him too.

Please pray for us as we fulfil our God given functions within Campaigners. We hope you enjoy using this website and that you discover much blessing from the Lord as you seek to serve him.
